Precautions for the operation of the new screw oil press:

(1) It is strictly forbidden to guide objects into the press chamber, and it is strictly forbidden to enter the hopper with hands or iron rods.


(2) When the machine is stuck, it is strictly forbidden to turn it on.


(3) When adjusting the thickness of the cake: ① The action should not be too fierce to prevent the machine from suddenly increasing the load and contacting the cake head and the cake outlet, causing the machine to jam, damage the parts, and burn out the motor; in the process of returning to work, When loosening the adjusting screw, it should not be excessive, so as not to cause the press shaft to fall off from the front support, so that the press shaft cannot be installed or pulled down.


(4) After adjusting the cake thickness, tighten the nut to prevent the spindle from moving back and forth.


(5) The processed dry cake should not be squeezed repeatedly to avoid jamming the machine.


(6) After the machine is reversed, check whether the cake head locking loop is loose, so as not to cause the snail to be out of joint and the host to jam;


(7) For new machines and reassembled machines, the standby temperature drops after one processing is completed, and the tie rod nut needs to be tightened again to avoid loosening and turning of the sliver.


(8) The machine is not allowed to enter the press if the heating is not enough.


(9) When the machine hasn’t been working for many days, the spindle should be carefully run-in before turning it on again, so as not to cause food loss or no cake.
