Ways to solve the black oil output of the rapeseed oil press:


1. In the cleaning step, the oil needs to be refined. If the rapeseed contains less or no impurities, it does not need to be selected. If there are more impurities, a rapeseed oil press is required. The selected rapeseed will improve both the oil yield and the oil color when it enters the oil press.


2. In the process of frying, if the water content is higher, try to use a small fire, lower the temperature, and appropriately extend the frying time. If the raw materials are relatively dry, use a high fire to fry the seeds, and the time for the seeds should be short to avoid frying the raw materials.


3. The crude oil must be filtered immediately after the rapeseed oil press presses the oil, and the oil residue in the oil must be filtered out, otherwise it will be difficult to clear the oil color no matter how to deal with it. Nowadays, centrifugal oil filter is more used.
